Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Standard

Mix:
2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour (we use HoneyVille)
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cardamom
dash of sea salt
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Bake 350-375 until brown (roughly 12 min). You can also make these into muffins!
